Trish was unbelievably kind and thoughtful, and very good at explaining the property and the rules! Trish did an amazing job!
Says they are affordable housing but will not look past bad credit or evictions or your debt to income ratio. Just like every other property in the country.
If you’re ever looking for a place to live. DO NOT, I repeat….DO NOT rent from this company at all. They hire people that don’t do their jobs properly. The property manager doesn’t return your calls and the try to make it seem like they didnt see you calling. They do random inspections and they barely have solid maintenance workers. Run!!! Rent from them at your discretion.
Terrible place to live, even worse office staff.
DO NOT WASTE your time, energy, or money with this place. The accounting, administrative...almost all of the departments sucks. THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE or answer the phone but will communicate when you're late on rent. I lived here for a year and I regret spending my money. I moved out Feb 28, 2026 and its now May 15, 2026 and I'm literally in a fight with them to send me my deposit causing such a BIG inconvenience in my life.
