I won’t rent a storage shed from anywhere else the people who own the storage shed units are very willing to work with you if you just communicate with them they have helped me several times
Horrible customer service. I called to collect my reimbursement, and the man was beyond friendly. He was downright spiteful when it came to reimbursing what I was owed. Look at it like this, you must pay your storage fee at the beginning of each month. Which is perfectly ok. It was not a problem, with ever getting paid by me on time. BUT pay close attention to your rental lease. I paid for a full month of my monthly rental for September 2024. On September 4,2024, I was completely moved out.
