The customer representative at Double EE Auto Transport helped me get my car from FL to VA and walked me through each step. This was after being duped by other unscrupulous brokers. He was straightforward and didn't over promise anything. He promised he would hold my hand through the process and that he did. My car was picked up on the day they said it would be and delivered a week later. The driver was responsive and stayed in touch letting me know when I could expect him. Double EE Auto Transport provided excellent and timely service. They were not the cheapest quote I got but they were not the most expensive either. I really wanted a quote from a company that was not going to change, as well as timely pickup and delivery and that is exactly what I got. I would use this company again.

Delivery was on time and the customer service reps were great with keeping me informed of where my vehicle was at all times. I completed this transaction while I was away from home with out any major incidents. The driver contacted my family prior to his arrival which made my vehicle purchase and delivery easy. I would recommend Double EE Auto Transport highly and will be using them again.

I was nervous about transporting my brand new car. Double EE Auto Transport made it so simple and made me feel so at ease. They picked up my car on the day I requested/scheduled. They took very good care of our car and the drivers were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend them and if I ever need to do it again will definitely use them.

I transported my car using Double EE Auto Transport and it arrived on time, undamaged. Also, my conversations with the sales rep were always helpful and professional. This was my first time transporting a car, so I know how scary that can be and I wanted to let people know if I had a good experience which I did.
