By far the best gym in Reno and one of the top five gyms I've been to in the country. The space is big enough for classes, and open gym, at the same time. I also enjoyed the yoga option, sauna, cold plunge, and the physical therapy. The coaching is top notch, and the people are arguably even better.
Super friendly environment and a really good work out. It's great to see everyone can part take in work out even if they have to modify it. I’m always in and out of town but can’t wait for next time I get to join for another great workout
