This business in unprofessional, disorganized, and incompetent. Be warned, stay away! Double Eagle miss-diagnosed a lack of engine power problem after telling me they were fully qualified to troubleshoot and repair Caterpillar engines. I was charged $2,500.00 for engine work that did not solve the problem. Claimed to have made repairs we never agreed on, and I cant believe were necessary. Some repairs incorrectly done, and had to be re-done elsewhere. Very expensive, and poor quality. Think I got scammed.

Mid trip across country several brace screws had sheared off the slide out and were creatin a lot of shaking which could have eventually lost the bottom panel. Kathy was able to fit us in almost immediately and Randy had us fixed and back on the road within an hour. Nice people, great service. Thank you.

We have dealt with this company for our RV repairs for the last 5 years. They are very honest and trustworthy. If they are unable to find an issue they won't make any repairs. There were a few times that it was definitely client training issues. We were not charged for these visits.
