To qoute what was already posted that fits Empire and their builders perfect "They are the most dishonest, unethical, and disorganized collection of people you will encounter." Build quality and handling warranty work is very much a joke and completely regret going with empire Update to Empire response 1/9/2024 The same warranty department that refused to honor the house warranty? The same warranty department that refused and threaten me?

Good community with one acre lots and beautiful homes from different builders. Lots of green and beautiful views. Great location with a quick commute to Austin and Bastrop.
