Really nice homes in a great location. The lots that the homes sit on provide plenty of privacy. The homes that they build are some of the nicest that I've seen compared to other builders. The buying experience was easy. I would say that the value for what you get is why we bought in Double Eagle. Close to the city but far enough away so we didn't have to deal with traffic and the congestion. Close to airport. The quality of the home is excellent and the PM was great. Don’t purchase an empire home! They have mold and they won’t help you fix it properly.
To qoute what was already posted that fits Empire and their builders perfect "They are the most dishonest, unethical, and disorganized collection of people you will encounter." Build quality and handling warranty work is very much a joke and completely regret going with empire Update to Empire response 1/9/2024 The same warranty department that refused to honor the house warranty? The same warranty department that refused and threaten me?
