Country side is not a place u want to live. Every 3-5 years it changes ownership n none of the new owners do anything to help make the park a bit more habitable, nothing, just increase the rent, n now, there charging for water n sewer even if ur water has been turned off from the source bcz ur away for several months or years. Then when u confront them they change stories, n the money they charge for water n sewer is more then what the town charges 10 fold.
