So far, so good. I'm just a couple of weeks wirh my rental units and like it so far. Facility is new, clean, and I like that the space between the buildings allows cars to park at the units, and other vehicles to pass. I had issues with accessing the units the first time so the company created a video and sent it over, and are now including it in their Welcome package. Customer Service has been excellent so far.

I have been dealing with Sabrina at Double Diamond Storage for 6 months or so...amazingly attentive, professional, and always helpful. Thank you! Also, the storage units are very clean and I did not experience any issues with pests of any kind. Great place to store what you can't store at home 🙂

Was an absolute pleasure to do business with Double Diamond Storage. They are clean units and great staff to work with. They are attentive to maintaining the property too and the locked gate is always maintained superbly. Will definitely utilize Double Diamond Storage in the future when needed.

It was a great storage place . Clean very friendly and answer all my questions right away. Would go back if I needed storage again.
