Poor quality paint work. Management refused to stop out and look at the work that was completed. Look elsewhere for construction or repair work.
I had a leak in my first floor condo living room ceiling for over 5 years. I was always complaining to the management company. This year the management company sent out Double Diamond. Tom & Paul were great. They knew immediately what was wrong and how to repair it. I have not had one drop of water in my living room the entire month of May 2019!
