My friend and I went to wash our vehicles and the owner went up to my friend and accused him of using the wash for free because of having a bucket… don’t want buckets not an issue… but the accusing before seeing if my friend paid was very disrespectful and creates a lack of good customer service… my friends wife called and the manager hung up in her face after telling him what had happened. They obviously do not care about customer service but only about the money being made…

If I could give this car wash zero stars, I would. The customer service here is terrible. I called to speak with the owner to clarify a situation, and instead of having a conversation, he hung up on me. To make matters worse, he approached my husband and accused him of using the car wash for free, even though he had already paid. Being wrongly accused and then treated dismissively when trying to resolve the issue was incredibly frustrating. One of the last good do it yourself car washes they also allow you to use Apple Pay or just tap your card how much effort you put into it is how clean your car gets love this place
