Scheduled a tour, called to ask if it was possible to play a full round of golf rather than the 9 holes they were giving me. Jason Savage began giving me all these numbers and stats about how people are “stressed” and “tired” after playing 18 holes and they only have a 5% conversion rate if people are playing a full round. I asked him if he thought they had a better chance to sell me a 40,50, 60k lot without me being able to see/play the entire golf course. Update: I called them again as they requested in their reply to my review, but, as usual, the person I spoke to was rude. They admitted that this was just a marketing gimmick and that I shouldn't have come. These people are nothing but crooks. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Their sales and corporate team can not be trusted.
