Update: I called them again as they requested in their reply to my review, but, as usual, the person I spoke to was rude. They admitted that this was just a marketing gimmick and that I shouldn't have come. These people are nothing but crooks. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Their sales and corporate team can not be trusted. Agree with the others. Have reached out several times but never receive a callback. Biggest mistake getting involved with DD Resorts.
I am in total shock. I bought a plot at the Retreat, I was told by Misty that I could sell at anytime. I had a life altering situation and resolved to selling. I called and was transfered to Jason, he told me that I would have to wait for 7-8 years before I can sell. I told him that wasn't what i was told when I purchased the plot. He said to me, "why then did you call me, go talk to that person" and then hung up. I couldn't believe he actually hung up because I wasn't rude.
