Alex helped so many of us that were all stuck on the side of the road after someone's massive piece of metal fell out of their truck and hit everyone's tires. I was able to do majority of the work myself to put the spare on but we couldn't get the bolts off. Alex didn't hesitate to help us take them off and put them back on with his tool. We appreciate it!
