I have been using Double D Plumbing for several years as my go-to plumbing service. Most recently, I called for a service for toilets that were not functioning and I had company arriving the next day. Double D provided service that afternoon (thankfully they had a technician in the area) and they not only got me functional but identified the systemic issue and repaired. Highly recommend.

I had double d plumbing come out to add a sewer clean out section and fix the sloping on a pipe in my crawl space. When the work was "done" the workers left. When I went to look at the work I found standing water in the crawl space and in the front lawn I saw they had dessicated 2 plants. I figured they forgot to clean up the water and that the plants were an honest mistake. On April 20, 2024, Double D Plumbing performed a repair on my water service line at the meter. Their invoice (attached) stated they “dug approximately 5 feet” and repaired the ¾” line. The job cost nearly $700. Within 14–15 months, the repair failed, resulting in massive water loss — in August 2025, the City of Monroe contacted us after noticing abnormal usage on our account and advised us that the water should be shut off. We hired Double D Plumbing in April 2024 to repair a leak on our water line. The invoice described the work as digging five feet and making the repair. No warranty information or professional license number was included on the paperwork, only a P.O. Box. The repair failed after about a year and four months. When I uncovered the leak, water was visibly shooting out of the threaded joint between the metal meter connection and a PVC male adapter.
