I had called Monday last week to have some work done. I said I needed to check with my husband before I set a appointment. It took 2 days to get an answer even when I had his cell number. I left multiple messages. After I did make contact and set an appointment then... I get told a bigger job came in that had to be taken care of after my appointment was already set.
