We had an excellent experience. As a disabled person I worried I wouldn't be able to swim, because I need stairs or a lift to get out of a pool. They have a lift, and made sure it was ready each time I needed out of the pool. Pool was clean and very well up kept. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We'll definitely be back.
Paid (even for a 3 month old baby) walked in and was told that we couldn't get on for 30 mins due to lightning. After waiting over hr I asked for a refund since we did not even get to touch the water and nothing was communicated on the lightning either. I was told by asst manager Bailey that they dont do refunds but we could come back tomorrow, which was the last day the pool was open. He was understanding.
