Unfortunately, I can't recommend Double Black Off Road based on my experience dealing with Bill Barbas. The first issue was with a scheduled service. I specifically requested that the engine oil not be changed because I had already done it myself, and only asked for the service reminder to be cleared. When I collected the vehicle, Bill told me they had changed the oil anyway. After I reminded him of my instructions, he offered either a refund for the oil change or a free hoodie. I declined both. Bill is a great man, very prompt in his response and gives top quality advice, myself being an amateur Jeep owner, Bill’s guidance led me to go for the perfect tyres which have close to none noise for road daily usage but looks aggressive as off road tyres, I also had a lift kit installed, bill supplied old man emu kit at a very reasonable price, I am loving my new ride with zero tyre noise, more stable steering and good looks. Look no beyond Double Black off-road for your Jeep, thanks Bill, appreciate your services.
