I have been dealing with this company for 2 or 3 years.. I love this company it's different from rental companies they work with you when you can't make a payment on the due date, just let them know when and that's it, they work with you. I do miss Ralph... And I can't think of the other guy name is so wonderful and I just love seeing him when I go pay my bill, he makes you feel like part of the family. I guess that's why I keep going back...
