Amazing establishment! I had some significant damage done to the front end of my truck. I came in and they gave me a fair quote. I brought the truck in and they offered me a vehicle to use while the work was performed on my truck. A week later they had given me a call and I was expecting that they either had bad news or that they needed to order other parts. But to my surprise the truck was already completed. This guy and his shop are scammers and ripoff artists. They used the extreme need of a loaner car and some website saying Allstate is ranked 31 out of 32 in customer service, as leverage and intimidation to justify his over inflated estimate and get my wife and I to agree to pay the difference of $1400 or bump us to the end of the line of 15 cars after ours.
