I always have a jam-packed day-to-day with meetings and appointments, etc. and it has been a nightmare on top of everything working with my auto-insurance company. I’m new to the Mt Carroll área I needed my car to be towed from my house to kunes that’s about a mile and a half and they charged me 195 dollars that’s crazy I WILL NEVER USED THEM AGAIN very disappointed
