I’ve had Oticon hearing aids for about 5 years now, and they are AWFUL!!! Clarity is not good. Background noise in a restaurant or at a party is NOT reduced, and I can’t understand a word that’s being said by a person who is just a few feet away. Driving in a car is THE WORST!!! The tires rolling along the road is what these aids seem to think I want to hear!!! Huge, huge, HUGE waste of thousands of dollars!!!
Training is very bad do to strong language barrier. Company constantly has meetings on policies almost every week while no one understands what's being said. Very clicky.
I am so upset 4000.00! and they are the worst ever , left ear pops out and disconnects constantly. uncomfortable. left ear is so hard to put in. I go without half the time ; it is not easy deciding to get hearing aids to than have the most difficult time with them ,I'm looking for a better company, but I don't really have the cash to put out again.
