I am extremely disgusted with Oticon. My grandmother is 90 years old, has spent thousands of dollars on hearing aids by Oticon, and they have been horrible. The place where she purchased the hearing aids at in Elizabethtown kentucky, which I will be leaving a review for them also, let's just say they were completely inconvenienced to do their job. I paid $6,000 for these hearing aids 3 years ago and they don't work one of them broke I wouldn't recommend these to anybody
