Both Tarah Sawyer and Kadie Sawyer of the staff at the Grand ledge branch but nothing short of phenomenal all the owner said made a serious mistake on the rating of my policy in fact it was the Lexus Nexus at messed up my loss ratio they said it went from 7:55 to 440 and I knew that was nonsense cuz I only had two towing claims 80 bucks a piece they straighten that up and straightened out on the orders and what you got the building correctly fine I paid it for the entire year thanks to both of them they are they are my speci... read more

i went into the office to pay for our policies - met a wonderful young woman - unfortunately i don't remember her name...she said that she had worked there for a while. very professional, friendly, and helpful...as well as pretty. will miss stephanie - and look forward to meeting katie.
