Went to dotti's in Mandurah forum on Monday arvo with my daughter.. Not once did the lady greet us...we we're in the shop for 28mins ...my daughter tried on clothes...again the rude sale lady did not greet us, say hello nothing... In that 28mins in the store 7 other ladies entered the store and the very rude team member did not say hello to anyone... Come on lady...get some manners and say hello or smile at your customers... Definitely 1 star service and terrible manners from the lady... Don't waste your money in this store.... read more
Lovely dresses, good dining, e.g. size 12 is almost loose fitting. Friendly staff.
Shop always closing @5:15 when on website it’s 5:30 I finish work @5 i rely on shops staying open normal trading to get my shopping done, when I asked the girl working today of this is a common thing she rudely looked me up and down and said were closing now so I’ll have to come back tomorrow -.- Will go somewhere else from now on.
