The customer service was ok, they said “Hello” But very off putting when one of the staff members was speaking to their colleague loudly, about how they need to reach a target of $2000 in sales for the day. And then on the Saturday need to be really customer focused. As on that day they will need to reach $3000 in sales! “So will need to really focus on the customers that day” I felt it was trashy to speak like that when you have customers in the store, so chose to spend my money elsewhere.
My first visit to Dotti Hobart was made extra special thanks to Renee. She was incredibly warm and kind, creating such a friendly and enjoyable shopping experience. She's truly a gem and a fantastic asset to the team. Keep being amazing, Renee!
Friendly, professional & great range of clothes
Just wanted to express how amazing Maya was today at Dotti in the cat and fiddle arcade Hobart. As a plus size girlie it is so rare that I'll try clothes on and actually like them or have them fit. Maya was welcoming from the get go and helpful in pointing me in the direction of types of clothes and dresses, I tried on three dresses (as someone who hasn't worn a dress for years) and was made to feel like a literal princess. Thank you for the wonderful experience Maya.
The lady working today was very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience.
