Lousy service when there is further discount on the items when told the lady she didn’t even apologise and as if I was wrong. No wonder more people want to buy online so they don’t need to face this kind of staff.
I called the store to check stock of an item and they didn’t actually have it, but they then called another store on my behalf to have the item put aside for me. I didn’t ask them to do that, they happily just suggested that’s how they could help and did it for me. The girl I spoke with (possibly Amy) was extremely lovely and helpful.
