Just went to this Dotti. Very confusing signage. One of the gondolas had 40% off full price, so as the signage stipulated I assumed 40% off full price. I went to buy a full price t-shirt and the sales assistant told me the price without a discount… I stated there’s a sign that says 40% off full price and they noted how it was just for this specific gondola, if so it should say this! Very disappointed with the “non existent/lack of customer service” today at Doncaster Dotti (23/1/26 morning) The young caucasian sales assistant greeted the caucasian customers but totally ignored me!! Was it because I was Asian? She didn’t even acknowledge me! Sick of racism at this shop and in this country! DO BETTER DOTTI, greet all customers regardless of race! Will never shop here again
I am an 80-year-old woman who encountered the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The so-called manager, Alysa, along with other staff members, Nah Yam and Isabella or someone similar, were busy gossiping instead of assisting me. Dotti in Westfield demonstrates clear racism. Alyssa intentionally racially profiled me, ignoring me while assisting white customers, then giving me a dirty look when I approached, walking away instead of providing help. This was a deliberate act intended to humiliate. This is not an isolated incident. Previously, under manager Emma, I encountered the same disrespectful, exclusionary behaviour.
