What happened to the quality? I have been ordering jeans from Dotti for years… well this will be the last pair when I order denim I expect to get denim not 90% cotton….. may I add they feel like crap. Not denim at all
Customer service poor Asked the sales girl to politely read washing instructions on a dress as I had forgot to bring my glasses. She said NO. I thought she miss heard me and asked again. She said NO again. Worst customer service I ever had. On the good side the store was tidy and great sales on . Shame this happened as it not that hard to be nice. 🤔

Served by an extremely helpful young lady called Janique, despite shop closing! Polite & helpful to 3 other people still in shop also. She went & got a med sized Tshirt from the back for me even tho I was going to buy the small size because there was no med on the rack. I didn’t ask her to, just mentioned it as an aside & she offered. I was impressed.
