I experienced poor quality with this item after the very first wash, before I even had the chance to wear it. It noticeably shrank, and when I returned to the store, they refused to replace or refund it, claiming they couldn’t confirm how it was washed. This is unreasonable, as customers naturally take care of garments they purchase. I also submitted a concern through the website, but the staff member only advised me to mail the item in for an investigation. I don’t believe customers would go through this trouble. What happened to the quality? I have been ordering jeans from Dotti for years… well this will be the last pair when I order denim I expect to get denim not 90% cotton….. may I add they feel like crap. Not denim at all
Customer service poor Asked the sales girl to politely read washing instructions on a dress as I had forgot to bring my glasses. She said NO. I thought she miss heard me and asked again. She said NO again. Worst customer service I ever had. On the good side the store was tidy and great sales on . Shame this happened as it not that hard to be nice. 🤔
