I went in to exchange the second item from a "Buy One, Get One 50% Off" promotion, but they were trying to charge me full price for the replacement item. What kind of system is that? It doesn't make sense that I'd lose the promotional discount just because I needed to exchange an item.

Great customer service experience with Sophie, Cassandra and Elba today. These 3 girls so so amazing, friendly , courteous and most importantly kind towards the customers. Burwood branch is luckily to have such friendly staff. Have had some not so good experience in one particular branch . Thank you girls 💕💕💗💗
Around 12:30 22nd May: I walked into the store and made my way over to the counter to ask a question. The two girls who were chatting away abruptly stopped talking and just open-mouthed stared at me as soon as they saw me walking over. No greeting, no asking how they could help me etc … They literally said nothing at all, one of them just jabbed her finger towards another worker, then they resumed their conversation. They made me feel so uncomfortable and quite frankly judged, like I was intruding on them. This is your job! ... read more
