I've been shopping at Dotti in Westfield Burwood for a number of years now, and I keep going back not only for the wonderfully affordable, variety and on-trend fashion but moreso for the extremely lovely ladies that work there! They all go over and above with their customer service and always make sure their customers are satisfied! I have dealt with Barb, Tayla and Sam (and everyone else) - you ladies are awesome! Shop here regularly and love the service and shop layout- much nicer than the city store. Want to give a special shoutout to JOSIE and TAYLA - they always remember me - have gone out of their way to check on sizes and have them hold items at other branches if they don’t have the right stock - helpful, friendly and just lovely to deal with. Worst customer experience.Made me feel like i was stealing stuff when i was finding the size and trying on clothes. The staff member i think her name was Josie had the worst attitude. She thinks selling clothes is beneath her. Never going back.
