I came into dotti and have only good things to say. The girl named Karly was working alone and was looking after many customers but still made us feel important. She was very friendly and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. She was very genuine and she was honest with her feedback on the dresses I tried on and wasn’t trying to push for more sales. The service at this store has always been really great.
I walked into your Bankstown store on Thursday 5th February 2026 around 12:20pm to order a dress I found appealing online. Unfortunately, I encountered one of the worst retail customer service. There was no customers around in store at the time but the employee who was in the process of taking the order had very poor customer service skills.
