How many good things can I say about a mechanic who's fast, honest, and fair? Not enough! Rick and his shop are a true gem. He goes above and beyond to be helpful and is a straight shooter. He's also a great mechanic! If you have questions, please just call this guy! If he can help you, he will. If he can't, he still will by telling you where else you can go. Everyone with a car should have a "go-to" mechanic, just in case. Rick is my guy, and Dotterer Auto Body is my shop. Try Dotterer first!!
This review is a little late but nevertheless very important for me to say! We had an accident with our Subaru and we needed it looked at as soon as possible. Other body shops we called first could not take us in and treated us like just a number. When I called Rick he told me he could take my car in as soon as I could get it there! He treated me like he knew me and made me feel like he was looking out for me when it came to dealing with the aggressive insurance companies.
