The doctor seems very nice and helpful however, office staff is extremely rude, unpleasant, unhelpful and act like they hate their jobs. They do not make you feel welcome. They have high ego and act like doctors without license. Maybe they should go to medical school if they want to act like a doctor.
Amazing Dr as a whole. He listens and actually tries to help..he is positive and knowledgeable with a grest bedside manner. I'm happy he is my Primary care dr. I wojld highly reccomend!

Dr. Dott is great but one of the receptionist has nasty energy.
I really appreciate being able to walk in and be seen without an appointment. The office staff is super friendly and informative. Thank you Doctor Dott for staying in Irving for us.
