Dr. Dott has been my PCP for 28 years, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! He is always caring & very professional. Dr. Dott has gotten me through many illnesses, I feel blessed to have him for my PCP. The girls in the office, are very professional & caring.. Amanda, Brianna & Leslie have always treated me with respect, they have always sent in my prescriptions & faxes in a very timely manner.. I’m sorry but the office use to be wonderful. Now not so much. The nurse was extremely rude to me for no reason. As soon as she came in the room her facial expression gave me a sense of discomfort. I wanted to leave so bad because I could tell she was in bad spirit . She responded rudely to me with every question I asked. Then I reported her to the friendly receptionist up front. I have been going to Dr. Kenneth Dott for over 30 years and immediately will never step foot in there again until Amanda is gone. I have driven over 45 minutes for 30 years to see Dr. Dott but after the disrespect from Amanda today will not. Not to mention, when I mentioned she was being very rude she said I know and do not care and hung up on me. It is awful to represent someone and tarnish their business but until he removes her I will not be driving to his office. It is a shame and very unprofessional.
