Super pleased with the service I received. They came quickly (by the next day) and had my heat pump up and running within minutes. Workers were very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend

We highly recommend Dotson Refrigeration Heating and Cooling. I called Kevin yesterday morning and ask for someone to come out and work on our heat pump, the AC stopped working Sunday. Kevin sent out a couple guys (Daniel & Roy). They had the AC working in less than 30 minutes!! All 3 were very polite, professional and friendly. We HIGHLY recommend Kevin and his technicians.

Kevin and his associates did a tremendous job, and expedited the process! I think one other reviewer should let it go, but I can assure this is a real place of business with real results!
