I’m writing this review to hopefully save someone else from the terrible experience we had. I originally wrote a much longer, very detailed version of everything that happened, but Google wouldn’t allow the full length — so this is the shortened version with much detail left out. I had used Riley and his team before and had always spoken highly of them. I even considered him a friend and trusted him deeply.
