Had to get my tax return that Dot's did redone by another service after the 2nd look found a huge error. (I didn't feel it was right) I don't recommend Dot's service, very unprofessional. Dot's answer after calling her was "everyone makes mistakes"......
We called to make an appointment and had it set that we had an appointment, when we showed up she had no record of it, and was very rude. After not admitting her mistake she suggested us leaving all of our papers with her to let her do, she said it would take weeks, after asking for our papers back was very disrespectful
Didn’t receive my w2 from a previous employer that uses their services until 3/10. When I talked to the lady she was very rude and unprofessional. Will never recommend them to anyone in the future
