They completely forgot to show up! Did not call or anything. When a guy finally came out (2 days later) because I went up there, he couldn't find our septic tank, so he just left and told me that I would have to wait another couple of days until they could come out and have the boss look at it. All I received was an "I'm sorry". When I told them that I was going somewhere else, they didn't seem to care. The lack of concern for their customer's happiness is crazy! I HAD A SEWER PROBLEM. MR. JOHN CAME OUT AND WE NEEDED TO ADD FIELDLINES TO OUR SEPTIC SYSTEM. HE WAS VERY QUICK IN FIXING OUR PROBLEM WHICH I APPRECIATED VERY MUCH. I COULD NOT TAKE THE SEWER BACKUP AND SMELL ANOTHER DAY. HE DID A GREAT JOB AT A REASONABLE PRICE. WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WITH SEWER PROBLEMS
