Customer service was incredible! From the first call to set up the diagnostic process to picking my truck up after repairs, Zach was honest with what he felt would need to be done. He went as far as sending me pics of my truck and transmission. He called to explain what the the problem was, using the pics so I could see what he was seeing. Zack did a wonderful job on my 2017 F150 Lariat that need a torque converter replacement. He was excellent at communicating what needed to be done and made me feel comfortable it was in good hands. No regrets and he has earned my business.
After using Mr Zack for a previous transmission job I found out I needed a rear end replacement and he said he would handle it for me and encouraged me to shop around and out of 4 shops he was the most affordable and he already had my trust so I left my truck with him. He later called me and said he had good news and that he would be able to do the job for 1100.00 less than quoted...that's integrity he could have easily stuck to his original quote and pocketed the money and I'd have never known so needless to say he has my b... read more
