I have absolutely nothing but the best to say. He had us in and out in minutes for a small repair and was one of the absolute kindest people I have ever met! We will be back (Fortunately? Unfortunately? LoL) in a couple of months for a flush, and potentially a rebuild. Thank you AGAIN.
There's a reason this place gets top level reviews. They rebuilt my 2017 F-150 10 speed transmission, which everyone knows was horrible from the start. I was constantly briefed and sent texts as they torn it down and sent pictures of what they were doing each step of the way. The friendliness and courtesy they extended was what I would expect of any shop these days, except they went above and beyond the basic expectations. I highly recommend them, especially if you have an F-150 with one of these troublesome transactions.
Zack was great. Best transmission shop in Dothan and surrounding areas. Recommend anyone with transmission troubles to go see Zack!
Reached out to Zack about my 2017 GMC 1500 about my transmission I live in Panama City but with all the great reviews and he installs a HD converter and doesn’t use all oem parts because anyone that has any history with GM infamous 6L80 trannys oem’s are dog poo I explained to him about me having a warranty company that was in hopes of him accepting he insisted that works with any and all companies All I have to do was drop my truck and Zack handled the rest had it out and rebuilt within a week!
