One of the reasons I was willing to spent $36,000.00 for a Honda Goldwing Trike was the assurance from the service manager, Jay, that I would never have a problem getting it serviced or worked on regardless of its age. I nearly purchased a Harley, and I wish I had as there is no problem getting one worked on. When I called Jay to ask when I could have my bike worked on I was told as it is a 2010 ( I purchased new in 2012) that it was too old for them. You should not sell what you are unwilling to work on.
Incident at Dothan Power Sports on Oct 7th at 11am. I was there to get a warranty replacement for a battery that had crystallized and shorted after 5 months and 10 days of use. The service manager had excuse after excuse saying the failure was MY FAULT?
