Great practice. Very efficient process. Blood work done on first visit, visit with NP 2nd visit with DR for results.
My last blood test results caused my PCP to suggest I go to a hematologist. After reading the reviews, I chose Dothan Hematology. On the first visit (a Thursday), blood was drawn for extensive testing, and then I saw Dr. Vikas Le-Kumar. He gave very through explanations, answering any question I had, and it was no surprise he suggested a bone/marrow biopsy. The next Friday that was done at the other local office. You’d die before a new patient can make an appointment despite countless voicemails.
I’m glad to have found this office to continue my care. Everyone is so nice and caring. Check-in process is easy “Robyn” at the front desk was so nice and cheerful gave a positive vibe. Ladies in the lab they are polite and quick. You don’t wait long to see the provider. Providers take the time to explain things and answer your questions. My husband is also a patient here. We drive little over a hour to get here buts it’s worth it.
