My wife never received a bill from this place. She called and requested one to be sent and the receptionist was RUDE and not very helpful. Finally received the bill in about 3 months after the surgery.

Bill paid in full for husband. Account not credited. Copies of checks sent. Still not credited.

They refused to take the discount from my insurance and is billing me the rest of the bill stating they have no contract with my insurance company although everyone else in the hospital does.

I never received a bill from when i had my surgery back in July 2016. They reported it to the credit bureau in September 2016. I received one phone call from the collections agency which i thought it was a fraudulent call so i refused to speak with the representative. After checking my credit 2 months later i found out it was not a fraudulent call. I called Dothan Anesthesiology and was told my address in their system was my physical and not my mailing.
