Highly overpriced ! They charged me $166 for labor just to instal a new battery on my MacBook Pro. And with this high fee they did not even bother to call me back (as was promised) when the laptop was ready. It sat there for 3 hours after their 5 minutes of work installing a new battery.
Daniel was my technician and gave excellent customer service. I had a tight deadline, he assured me he could make it within that timeframe, and was able to not only successfully fix the problem with my laptop but also improve its functioning. And he was kind, attentive, patient, and efficient!
