I happened to walk by as a crew from Doten’s was finishing a job at Hannaford in Belfast. Not only did the work look extremely good, but I was impressed as I walked by to hear one of the crew members remind everyone to get all their cigarette butts and not leave anything behind
Just horrible customer service
Had an interaction with a member of Doten’s Construction crew. Needless to say I was left very displeased. I happened to cross paths with this crew member coincidentally, as I have never contacted Doten’s for any type of work. The guy was extremely rude and aggressive. Because of this I will not be hiring Doten’s for any construction work.
The head contractor was very rude and hostile towards me. He verbally assaulted me for parking next to his work truck. After moving my car, I noticed he was staring me down trying to intimidate me with a threatening look. disappointing and unexpected behavior coming from a grown man
