I had a very disappointing experience working with Yuri. Unfortunately, he did not pay for the painting job that was completed on 78 Highbourne rd Toronto on june- July 2023. Despite multiple reminders, the last payment 5 520.00was never made. The builder ignored his financial obligation. This kind of behavior is unprofessional.
Honestly didn’t know where to start when we decided to renovate our whole house and finally finish the basement. A neighbour in Aurora recommended Dotch Construction and I’m so glad we went with them. Yury was straightforward from day one — no inflated quotes, no vague timelines.
