We went to Dot Thermography because they have the capability to thermograph both sides. They ran the cards too heavy on the ink and the copy came out to dark. I called and asked them to reprint them with the ink lighter. They said they could reprint them but that they wanted lighter copy to simplify the process. I gave them a new file with lighter copy for them to reprint. When the new cards arrived, they billed us again when it was my understanding that they would reprint at their expense for running the ink to dark in the ... read more
