We went to Dot Thermography because they have the capability to thermograph both sides. They ran the cards too heavy on the ink and the copy came out to dark. I called and asked them to reprint them with the ink lighter. They said they could reprint them but that they wanted lighter copy to simplify the process. I gave them a new file with lighter copy for them to reprint.
