Don’t go here .. you pay for what you get .., they didn’t turn my paperwork into mva like I’m used to Dot doctors doing.., I happen to lose my license on vacation to find out o was downgraded to. C because the Dot info wasn’t turned in… than I had to pay $92 ti get my A license back . C stick wyplacez you know .., you pay cheap you get cheAp

I have had my CDL for 17 years and this was by far the best DOT physical experience... I set up an appointment online and arrived 10 minutes early, I was greeted by Dr. Ukaegbu when I walked in and she was ready to see me immediately after I filled out the medical history paperwork. Dr. Ukaegbu is very personable, thorough and makes the entire process a pleasant one. I highly recommend her and I look forward to returning in 2 years.
