Dr. Lewis was very personable. Exam didn't take two hours but was quick and thorough. Drivers if you're looking for a doctor that values your time and won't leave you in a waiting room wondering why is it taking so long to be seen, this is where you should have your D.O.T. physical performed.
Went here to get a Dot physical and Dr Lewis was very knowledgeable about my concerns with some of the medication I receive for my depression. I got my med card Thks to Dr Lewis. If you in Slidell or just passing through hit Dr Lewis up.It was easy In EASY OUT..THKS DR LEWIS
