I came in the office to get a DOT physical I paid $119 dollars after paying he proceeds to give me the physical afterwards he said I had passed and would receive my documents the next day by email instead I received a message stating that I had failed due to my medication did not offer to reimburse me after saying I had passed I had to go to another provider to receive my Dot physical and pay additional moneys again I would not refer this Provider!!!
Came in for a DOT physical thinking it was walk-in, but they were booked and gave me a 3:40 PM appointment. I was going to wait, but dispatch called with a load, so I had to cancel. The front desk was super understanding and managed to get me in earlier at 11:30. The nurse did my urine and eye tests while I waited. Dr. Jason came in afterward and finished the exam—quick and easy. Really appreciated how helpful and flexible they were. Great experience! Thank you so much!
