Not good so far. Told weeks ago that I would be notified about shipment status - no notifications. Originally told my goods would arrive 1st week in May. Multiple attempts to track using their on-line tool. Used their on-line tracking tool and entered the tracking number they originally gave me and got message "enter correct tracking number". DOT- LINE Transportation is the best trucking company out there. They go out of their way to help with a problem, give you good miles and home time. Finally someone who cares about their employees
They used to be a good company. Scott is the Boss but I think safety took over Tammy she's real professional runs around the office bare foot with her sidekick Rachelle both of them all they're trying to do is ruin someone's career and she's nobody.
Back in 2017 a old co driver asked me to come over with him he made big money I made pennies but I got paid for every mile driven on a 1099 but who wants to stay out for weeks at a time not me never got paid for any sitting around at a truck stop the whole weekend never got the $5,000 sign on bonus that the owner operator and myself signed right in front of Dan no recruiter that's no longer there.
