I arrived at 8:36am and the door was locked! An employee arrived at 8:58am and unlocked the door. When I went inside, I told her that I thought they opened at 8:30am, and she told me they open at 9:00. She then told me to have a seat as the doctor wouldn't be there for another ten minutes. I decided to leave because I had already been waiting for over 20 minutes, and needed to get back to work. They need to update their hours that are clearly posted on their front door! Sat for an hour and finally left without being tested. Non efficient operation. There was playing an alot of lip service, people were not going in and out. They were hanging out. Never seen drug test sites behave this way. Next day went to Labcorp modesto!

Been waiting for a week to get back my drug test results. Called an asked what's taking long. Lady gave me a bunch of excuses. Said she'd call back and never did. Unprofessional. Unacceptable. Then come to find out. The tester didn't do her job correctly. She didn't send the chain of custody form. So. After a week of wasted time excuses & lies. I had to take the test. Elsewhere. Again.
