Was here last week and came back today again for some more Halloween costumes! Great deals and Annie is extremely helpful and very fast with the checkout process! DOT is now my new favourite furniture and Halloween store
I can’t say enough positive things about DOT Whitby, they were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I was in communication with Annie a number of times sorting out when we would have access to the moving elevator and she was SO kind, patient and truly SO helpful. They accommodated my time frame exactly and everything went so smoothly. She even called to check in and make sure everything went well! I will be recommending DOT Whitby for sure 👍🏻
I bought the laxx cuddle chair from this store today, and the salesman Brad was super helpful and very kind and knowledgeable. He helped me from start to finish with helpful advice and tips. I highly recommend this store.
