We recently purchased Shorline outdoor sectional and chairs. Brad the store manager and staff were fantastic. Brad and staff went out of their way to make our purchase experience fantastic. Great store and great staff. The product is fantastic and fits nicely on our new deck. Thank you Brad and staff for your hard work.
We have had our outdoor furniture for 15 years now. Had to replace the cushions today and went in and spoke with Brad. He was wonderful!! Very knowledgeable and helpful.
Brad was very helpful with our purchase of a chair. He showed us the paint chip and replaced the foot piece. WE had previously gone to the Oshawa store and they weren't interested in helping us at all.
Buyer beware of clearance items ‼️ beautiful furniture and great salespeople however, furniture is sold as is even though prices are still at boutique prices. The disappointing part is the ‘as is’ is to be found by the buyer (defects). Was told that the product was simply a floor model and nothing else was wrong until it was delivered and the defect was noticed outside in the sun.
