Excellent Customer Service I had an absolutely wonderful experience at DOT Furniture! The customer service was exceptional, and I truly felt that they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. A special thank you to Kirat Chahal, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Kirat took the time to show us multiple options and explain everything clearly, giving us plenty to choose from without making us feel rushed or pressured.

Just picked up my very large umbrella from DOT Furniture in Barrie. The string had broke and they fixed it in a timely manner. Awesome service. They kept me in the loop as far as when it would be ready for pick up and they did a wonderful job. Very professional. Thank you guys and keep up the great work. Lovely store by the way.
