The staff at the Barrie store and the repair shop provided excellent service to keeping our 15 year old Umbrella going for another season; before we come back and buy another one :)
My experience at DOT in Barrie was excellent. The service was great, they answered all of my questions and the delivery was fast. I have been back twice since my initial visit. Very knowledgeable friendly staff.
Came in looking for a recliner type patio chair and left with a full patio set, cushions, carpet, umbrella/stand, solar floor lamps and placemats!!! I am SO excited and looking forward to setting it all up on my balcony next spring. Kirat was AMAZING to deal with and very personable. Kirat represented D.O.T. in a professional manner and with pride. Thank you so much and I’ll see you again soon!!
Kirat was amazing!! Thank you for all you help!
