Went back to DOT Furniture this year to purchase more high quality outdoor furnishing. Once again, the total customer service was excellent. From the friendly, helpful staff in selecting our requirements to the efficient delivery of our purchase on the exact date promised. Wouldn't shop anywhere else and highly recommend this store.
Great experience with DOT furniture. We ordered a patio set and when the table arrived we noticed there was a defect in the one side. Both Kim and Mellisa were super kind and helpful when we talked and were quick in guiding us through the process to get us a replacement. Would definitely shop here again.
